with Kathryn Overall-Cass
Lucy Tierney is an author, spiritual companion, and inner wisdom consultant based in Brisbane, Australia.
Her passion is to serve the human family by developing processes and practices that make the potency of the spiritual journey accessible to anyone interested in nurturing inner growth.
In her work, she draws on insights from Jungian psychology, her vast experience companioning others on their inner journeys, her evolving spirituality formed in and beyond the Christian contemplative tradition, and her experience of a common Source at the root of all wisdom traditions.
Now in her 80’s, Lucy is distilling her life’s work into offerings designed to support people from all walks of life in becoming their Best Self, particularly those who are not connected with traditional expressions of faith and spirituality.
Lucy offers spiritual companioning, supervision, and retreats via her inner wisdom consultancy, Virginia Waters Self Care. She has experience in a variety of inner work modalities including dream work, Enneagram wisdom frameworks, archetype enhancement, and inner child work.
Inner Invitations is her first book.

What People Are Saying
“I hope that what you discover in my book will lead you to your own inner core. May you experience the potency of pausing and listening within to inner invitations for growth that are uniquely your own.”
- LUCY TIERNEY
“Inner Invitations is a gem of a book that uses everyday language and images to explain profound and powerful concepts. My experience is the invitation to ‘risk’ within has been mirrored in a greater capacity to embrace the opportunities life presents to me with curiosity, discernment and confidence.
I have grown to recognise and trust this inner knowing that challenges me to break limiting, life-long patterns of behaviour and become more authentically who I am. What an adventure! I love it. Thank you, Lucy.”
